Full Shorting

How to check mobile phone shorting by digital Multimeter Step by Step ?

In mobile phones, Shorting is detected by Digital Multimeter with cold testing.

Step1 Turn on the multimeter and set it to beep mode.

Step2 Connect the red probe of the multimeter to the negative of the battery connector and the black probe to positive.

The readings ranged between 250 ohms to 650 ohms.And when you change the probe (red probe to positive and black probe to negative) when reading 1 in the multi meter, the mobile phone is correct.

Step3 Mobile phone is half shorting when the reading comes on both sides.

Step4 Full shortening occurs when the sound of the beep comes.

Step 1 Turn on your DC power supply, and select 3.7 bolts in it.

Step 2 Reduce the empire by using empire rotary

Step 3 Connect the DC power supply plus probe to the mobile phone plus terminal and mins probe mins terminal.

Step 4 If you see ampere without turning on the mobile phone in the ampere meter, then the mobile is half sorted.

Step 5 If the DC power supply machine starts beep and the voltage in its voltmeter goes down then the mobile phone is full shot.

Step9 Now the mobile phone is flashing. After the flashing has been completed the mobile phone will be automatic reboot. Then disconnect your mobile phone from the computer.

Voltage (Fine/Coarse) Rotery volume :- This rotary will only work on keeping the fixed voltage rotary at 0-15 v. 

Fine This increases the voltage at only points like 0.1v, 0.2v, 0.3v.
Coarse This Increases the voltage at 1v ,2v ,3v

   

Probe :- For output voltage, (+ )and (-) two probes are used. The probe with balck (-) and the red one is prob (+).
