This file is in zip folder and extract  the FRP file you will get two folders.


This file is for Exynos and QUALCOMM cpu. If the cpu mobile phone has QUALCOMM, select the file QUALCOMM and if you have exyons, select the exyonc file. If you open any of these files, you will get a trap removal file. And a model file which is a MS Word file.



CPU is of exyons. Then open the exyons file. But it will get a model (ms word) file which tells all the upcoming Samsung models that frp is removed when flashing



Open the file of model in ms word and search your phone's model by pressing ctrl + f.





After getting the model number, open the odin tool and take exyons zip file to PDA or AP and click start button 



And connect the phone to the download mode.with usb cable

What Is Transistor

The transistor is formed by connecting two P-N cells to the posterior poster of each other. The first transistor transistor was invented in 1951 by William Sakeley. Which was a point transistor. Over time, new transistors were discovered, to separate the new transistor from the old transistor, it is called the Bipolar junction transistor. Mainly it is the two p-n treaty diode, so it is also called double diode. 
Type Of Transistor

P-N-P Transistor
 :-
In this, p-type semiconductor is composed of two segment (emitting and modulated) n-type semiconductor segment. In this, the current flows through the bass with the emitter.

N-P-N Transistor:-
In this, the n-type is composed of two sections of the semiconductor (emitting and modulated) p-type semiconductor segment. It flows from current bass to the emitter


Use of Transistor in Mobile PCB: -
  • The transistor is used primarily to boost the power of incoming signals. That is, the work of amplification.
  • is used for switching, its switching power is higher than the normal switch.
  • The voltage regulator varies the changing of the voltage by fixing the value, which works on cpu en signal.
  • The transistor light section and the charging section are visible.
  • The voltage regulator found in the charging section is made up of transistor.

Multimeter se Testing:-

  • The transistor is used primarily to boost the power of incoming signals. That is, the work of amplification.
  • To check the transistor, two diodes coming into it are checked. Which is between E and B and between B and C.
  • Set multimeter to beep mode.
  • keep the red probe at E and black probe on B
  • This transistor is a P-N-P transistor when it comes to riding. The transistor is N-P-N transistor when the readings are not available.
  • When the readings are not available on both terminals, the transistor is bad and the beep is too short.

Reding comes on keeping the red probe on E (positive) and black probe on B (negative) and redding does not occur when changing the probe. So the transistor is called P-N-P transistor. Suppose p-n-p means positive-negative-positive, then the transistor's emitter will be positive, base negative, collector positive. So the current flows between the emitter and the base. Therefore, when placed on the red prob emitter (positive) and black prob base (negative) of the multimeter, it shows the transistor value, so we know that the transistor is p-n-p.


Redding comes on keeping the multimeter's red probe on B (positive) and black probe on E (negative) and redding does not occur when changing the probe. So the transistor is called N-P-N transistor. Suppose N-P-N means negative-positive-negative then the transistor emitter will be negative, base positive, collector negative. Hence the current flows between the emitter and the base. Therefore, when placed on the red prob base (positive) and black prob emmiter (negative) of the multimeter, it gives the transistor value. So we come to know that the transistor is n-p-n.

The diode is composed of p and n type two semiconductors, these two semiconductors are melted together. This diode is mainly the p-n treaty. On which the metallic contact is connected to the end so that the current can be given the external voltage. p-n junction diode:-

Zenor diode:- 

This is a type of semiconductor diode. Whose name is named after his inventor C. Zenor. This diode is the value of a fix voltage (4.24.8,6.2 6.8). The voltage value of which will be the same voltage in its output. It is used as a voltage controller.

Diode Testing By Multimeter 

Set multimeter to beep mode.       

After that both of the multimeter's probes touch the two ends of the diode, more than 250 rides on one side.




And no other readings come from the other side
Then the diode is considered correct.   
In the diode there is a positive and negative terminal, so while keeping the test, keep the multimeter probe in mind, which tells the terminal of the diode. On both sides of the diode, if the direction of the multimeter is placed on both probes, then the red probe is terminal positive. Why is the voltage of 1.5 volt in multimeter flowed from positive to negative.

Simple Smd Resistor:-

Fuse Resistor:-
This register is of green, blue and white color or O, L, N, X is written.


Package Resistor

This register works on the Normal Register, but it is a group of Normal Register and its testing is also like the Normal Register.


VDR Resistor ( voltage dependent resistor)

vdr resistor is towards a variable resistor. It depends on the incoming voltage on it. When the voltage is low, the registrations of VDR resistor decreases. And when the voltage increases, its registrations increase. In circuits it is used to prevent over voltage. It is on the side of the simple resistor. Testing is also on the side of the simple resistor

Thermistor: - 

The tharmistor resistor is also a type of resistor. Which is used to control the temp, when the temp becomes more in the circuit, the resistance of the thermistor increases. Due to which the flow of current in the circuit stops.


Checking register by multimeter: -
1. Set multimeter to ome's range

2. Touch both of the multimeter's both probes of the register, if the value of the reading or register is coming, the register is correct  






3. Checking the register does not mean value or reding, the register is bad.
4. If the value of the register is high and the multimeter is checking by keeping it on the lower range, only 1 will show in multimeter then you will have to check the register by increasing the multimeter range once. As the value of your register is 40k. And multimeter is checking by keeping it in 200 Ω. Then multimeter multimeter will show in 1 meter, then you have to increase its range.
