What is Hot Testing Method
When the active voltage
coming at the tips of the component installed in the mobile pcb, check by
giving 3.7 voltage from the dc supply machine in the mobile phone. So this is
called hot testing. These voltages are active voltages, so the section that
needs to be checked, that section has to be activated, like before you check
the spekar tips, you have to activate the spekar by playing the song.
In
this testing, by setting the multimeter in dc (20v) mode, placing the black
prob on pcb ground, testing the tips from red probe. So one value is found,
that value can be different on the tips of each section. The value and its name
in all the sections are written below, if it is more or less than that, then
there is a fault in that section of the mobile. This value is not fixed, it may
be less, more.
